Pleading GUILTY- It Still Is Not Fair

Mychal Bell pleaded guilty to battery charges Monday, in a 2006 beating of a student at his school. He was charged as an adult initially before an appeals court threw it out and made them chare him as a juvenile. I'm not going to get on my soapbox cause there are alot of circumstances in this particular case. With that being said... this case should not be going on this long. How is the judicial system with the large amounts of checks and balances in place letting something like this even go on so long. I'm done......(props to Bossip for the story)

Under his deal, Bell pleaded guilty Monday to a juvenile charge of second-degree battery in return for an 18-month sentence, with credit for 10 months he already has served. Bell had faced being placed in a juvenile facility until his 21st birthday.
