Self Defense- A Brother Had A TOOL!

Victim Hygens Labidou,49, shot Edward Borowsky,28, and Steven V. Lonzisero, 43, in a self defense incident in Miami, Florida. This normally really wouldn't be that big of a news story... BUT.... this was a road rage incident where Labidou was defending himself against 2 men 1 of which was 6 ft tall and 350 plus pounds. This incident happend in broad daylight, in traffic, the 2 men approached Labidou's roofing truck shouting racial epithets like "N****, get out of the truck!", 1 of the individuals was weilding a knife. Broward Sheriff's Office said "These two men approached him in an aggressive manner with a deadly weapon" "Clearly
he was in his vehicle and well within his rights to defend himself."

Steven Lonzisero, charged with murder and a hate crime

Borowsky died Monday, and Lonzisero is under arrest, charged with murder during the commission of a crime. He didn't pull the trigger but under Florida law, a person can be charged with murder if somebody dies during the commission of a felony, not only will he be charged with murder, but he will also be charged with a hate crime.

The Shooter, Labidou has a concealed weapons permit and he is basically in the clear! (more story)
