Robert Kelly aka R.Kelly is got to be 1 of the luckiest people i know. Not only has he managed to drag a child molestation charge around for like 5 years... he is still doing dumb stuff and getting away with it. Messing with his publicits daughter , missing court dates , acting like a "pre madonna" on tour, all these things and this is supposed to be a 40 y/o man here. There are some mistakes you make but there should be a level and this dude can't seem to get it straight.
Assistant State's Atty. Shauna Boliker asked Gaughan to revoke Kelly's $750,000 bail and jail him based on the "brazenness" of Kelly's failure to appear in court.Kelly, 40, is facing child pornography charges for allegedly videotaping himself having sex with an underage girl. Prosecutors have said the girl could have been as young as 13 at the time. The singer faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted. Kelly has denied the charges. (more here)
