Blueprint 3.... It's Coming

UPDATE.... You knew it was going to be 1.....

Okay just got the news on the new LP. The Tracklisting on the internet is completely false, with the exception of possibly Most Kings but even that has been changed as Jay gave Chris Martin the original verse for a Coldplay song. Kanye West produced the entire album with a sound that combines the best of Kanye, Swizz, and Dilla. Think about how Swagga Like Us has the vocal sample with the Swiss Effect, the drums of Dilla by not being on some straight up boom boom bap sound, and the Electronic/European sounds of the keyboards used on the swagger joint.

more here.....props nah right and pleaseddon't stare...

Some good sources told me that there would be a BLUEPRINT 3.......I'll keep ya'll posted.... oh and here is the tracklist.....

1. “Wake Up New York (Intro)”

2. “Most Kings”

3. “Hades (Lucifer part two)”

4. “Eternal Jewels” (feat. and prod. by Jay Electronica)

5. “Blueprint 3″

6. “Lucy” (feat. Chris Martin)

7. “The Audacity of Dope”

8. “S-L-U Part Two” (feat. Nas, Andre 3000, and Young Jeezy)

10. “Just Memories”

11. “Apostate” (feat. and prod. by Eminem)

12. “Oasis”

G-Unit -Another 1 Bites The Dust

1 of G-Units most recognizable members has now taken the route traveled by Game and a few other G-Unit artists and left or got kicked out however you want to make it sound. Young Buck .. the legitimate southern memeber of the G-Unit has gotten the BOOT. Now once again another member has gotten tired of 50 being a dictator. I respect 50s' buisness mind and all, but it seems like 50 just might not be a cool dude. Sometimes people are just not cool... personal opinion..don't send them boys on me 50!
With all the beef 50 likes to stir up maybe this is a good thing for Young Buck he can do records with anyone he chooses as well as just be able to do his thing. With that being said ... here are a few Cutz with Young Buck in them...

Beanie Sigel And Kanye West Settle Their Beef

Posted: 8/13/2007 by Black widow props to Sixshot

Last week, Smack DVD announced a 13th edition coming out in September by leaking a snippet of an interview with Kanye West. In the clip, West said he interpreted Beanie Sigel calling him gay as a sign of disrespect, but that he wasn't going to beef with Sig. "I'm not gangster, but I'm not gay either," West said. "Don't disrespect me."
Sigel said there's no real bad blood between him and West that he knows of, especially since he was recently asked by the Roc to get on a remix of 'Ye's "Can't Tell Me Nothing." (More)

Joe Budden.... None of you are the BEST!!!!

Wow this guy just banged out on them ... and no subliminals here! propsz to Nah right and XXL mag....This is from a very Recent Joe Budden Blog at XXL I have to agree with him on this... you tell me how you feel....

You’re Not the Best

Keep in mind, I don’t write nearly as many blogs as I would like to because I’m very to the point, very blunt and very straightforward. Also, because I’m an artist stuck in this shit hole we call hip hop, I try my best to be politically correct. But some things ladies and gentlemen, some things, just need to be spoken about. Young niggas nowadays seem to be able to say whatever it is they feel like saying, and if they say it enough, some idiots will actually dignify it and deem it as the truth. Just for the record, NONE OF YOU ARE THE BEST RAPPER ALIVE!!!!
For that matter, none of you are even top 10 alive. Where do people come up with these things? I have to think that the people who believe these ridiculous statements don’t have CD players or Ipods, and they’re just stuck listening to the radio. Are we hearing the same things? Nobody under 30 should be able to make that claim, not me, not Lil Wayne, not Fab, not Cass, not Papoose, not Sai, not T.I.P., not Jeezy, NONE OF US!

And don’t get it misconstrued, I love all of them and what they do, but certain shit just shouldn’t be tolerated. I get the whole thing about confidence and believing in yourself, but c’mon….I think people are confusing being hot with having a certain level of skill. That’s why you gotta love 50, he use to say without a care in the world “Nah, I’m not the greatest rapper, but I sell more records then them.” What could you possibly say in response to that? As badly as we wanted to, it was true. As long as Hov, Nas, Em, 3000, Face, Common, Black Thought, and a few folks I’m forgetting, are still around, just rap. More here

A Little Music News

Jay-Z and former business partner Damon Dash are being sued for $15 million by an author from Philadelphia, who claims the duo stole his book concept for their movie State Property. In the lawsuit filed earlier this month, Antonne Jones alleges the 2002 movie bears striking similarities to his own novel, The Family: A Philadelphia Mob Story, about four men who seek to gain money, power and notoriety. The writer claims he was in talks with Roc-A-Fella to hand over the rights of the book for use in a movie, but negotiations fell through because Jones wanted $450,000 more than Jay and Dash were willing to pay. It was only when the Beanie Sigel-starring State Property was released that Jones realised the similarities in the two plots. The film’s distributor, Lions Gate, is also named as a defendant in the legal papers. Moving on, and rap newcomer Mims has been hit with a $7.5 million discrimination lawsuit, after a New York promoter claimed he had backed out of a concert because of his misogynistic views towards women. Club promoter Marquitta Blair claims she paid $2,500 to the rapper’s agents for a gig at the Manhattan club, Eugene. But Mims failed to turn up for the show; an action Blair believes is down to his discriminatory views towards the fairer sex. The lawsuit states his supposed views are “a pattern of conduct involving the belittlement and degradation of females as ‘bitches and hoe’s’.” Blair goes on to quote several of Mims’ lyrics in the suit. Meanwhile, Young Jeezy was arrested outside a club in Atlanta, Georgia, early last Thursday (May 24). Jeezy, born Jay Jenkins, was allegedly involved in an incident outside Stoker’s strip club and was later arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Public Information Officer for Dekalb County Sherriff’s Office, Mikki Jones, said: “I do know that there was no physical altercation between them. This was a verbal confrontation.” Jeezy was eventually released on a $284 (£142) bond. News on 50 Cent now, and the Queens rapper is going ‘Straight To The Bank’, after receiving a reported $400 million payout. The drinks firm Glaceau, which produces the rapper’s vitaminwater energy drink range, has been taken over by The Coca-Cola Company for $4.1 billion , meaning 50’s 10 per cent share in Glaceau is now worth $400 million. In related news, the rapper has denied reports his new album ‘Curtis’ has been pushed back from June to September due to the poor feedback of his new songs. In contrast, the G-Unit general insists the delay in its release is to ensure fans across the world can get hold of the album at the same time, with a worldwide release set for September 4. He says, “I’m an international artist. My fans worldwide deserve to receive my album at the same time as my fans here in the US. Taking that into consideration moving the album to September was a necessary course of action.”
